I have been in the upper river lately, when not chasing steelhead, and the fishing has been good. The fish have moved out into the heavier seams and mid river rock gardens. Dries have been going good. Stone Flies are around and some hoppers are still alive. In the evenings we have been seeing Octbober Caddis and the fish are keying in on them. Flies: #12 Royal PMX, #12-10 Foam October Caddis, #16 Soft Hackle PT, #14-16 Red Copper John, #12-10 October Caddis Pupa, #8-6 Brown Pat’s Stone Fly
