Back to the lower canyon. The fished were looking up. Throwing dries on the move is is productive, cover a lot of water. Sometimes the dropper would hook a few, but we took it off to get closer to the bank. About 6pm fish started coming up to the caddis. Flies: #8-10 hopper variations (tan, yellow), #8-10 Chernoble Ant variations (yellow, purple, tan), #14-16 CDC Caddis (tan, peacock), #14-16 X Caddis (tan, olive), #16 Copper John (copper, green), #8 Pat’s Stone Fly
