Methow River Summer Steelhead
Chasing summer run steelhead on the Methow River can be simply amazing. Hooking over ten steelhead a day happens often throughout the Fall season on the Methow. Skating dry flies, swinging wet flies, and dead drifting nymphs can all be effective while targeting these 5-12 lb steelhead. The Methow River is a gorgeous steelhead and trout stream that drains the Cascades to the East. This tributary to the Columbia River is a freestone stream with large boulders and a stunning landscape, not to mention a great summer run steelhead return.

Washington Fly Fishing Testimonials
I had a great time and lucked out on the weather and fishing. After a few more trips I will get the hang of the salt water fishing. Thanks for the hospitality and good company.
